Gabrielle Elise Jimenez ("Gabby") is a hospice nurse, end-of-life doula, and a conscious dying educator. She is also the founder of The Hospice Heart. Gabby has written four books. She has a Hospice Facebook page with over 114,000 followers, and a website that offers classes, blogs, and end-of-life tips. Her goal is to help improve the way people are cared for when they are dying, and when they are grieving, by educating patients, families and carers. By handing over her tools, she hopes to help relieve the fear and uncertainty people have, and help them to feel more comfortable caring for someone who is dying.
